PROGRAM BOOK ADVERTISEMENT CAMPAIGN

The studio is conducting a campaign to sell advertisements and announcements for this year's program boo k s.  There will be a program boo k for the Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Baton and Tumbling Exhibition, a boo k for the Dance Concert "Movies in Motion" and a boo k for the Theatre production.  Since we do not charge for any of the program boo k s, this helps offset the ENORMOUS cost of printing. As an incentive, the top three selling students will receive special recognition and a large trophy!   If you only sell one ad, your help is greatly appreciated! This is a large financial expense for us to have these nice program boo k s and every bit helps! 

There are many different ways to sell ads.  Here are a few ideas: 

Mom & Dad (they just love a chance to showcase their special one!), those Proud Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles, Godparents, or Businesses (they may want to use your photo), etc. 

Here are a few things to remember:

1.   The program boo k s are a great k eepsa k e.  Students will treasure them forever! 

      Any individual student selling 3 or more ads will receive a trophy to be presented at  

      their performance!

2.   When selling to a Business, ma k e sure you write down exactly how they want their ad       

      to read and get a Business card if possible.  Checks should be made payable to

      T.G.C.& D.  A receipt can be provided if needed, just be sure to let me k now

3.   Be sure to include the following information for all ads:

A. Write down (or type) exactly what you want to say on a piece of paper, complete with proper spelling, the size ad you want and which Program Boo k (dance or gym/cheer/tumbling or theatre).  If using a photo, please print the student's name on the bac k and place in an envelope with the ad. (wallet size or 3 ½ x 5 wor k s best for ¼ & ½ pg ads, and 5x7 for full pg ads) If you are using one of the photos that Feebee too k this year, you DO NOT need to bring me the actual photograph - just let me k now what pose/costume. Feebee will get it to me!

          All photos (if needed) will be returned to you!

 B. Place all ads in an envelope with the student's

     and "Ads" mar k ed on the outside.  BE SURE

     TO MARK WHICH PROGRAM BOOK YOU

     WANT YOUR ADS IN! All payments must be included when they are turned in
