Our Competitive Programs
Our Competitive Programs give students the opportunity to grow as athletes, performers, teammates, and leaders while proudly representing Taylor County. At TGCD&T, we offer competitive Girls Gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Theatre, each designed to challenge students, build confidence, and help them reach their full potential. Through dedicated training, discipline, teamwork, and performance experience, our students travel to competitions, showcase their talents, and represent our community with excellence, sportsmanship, and pride. We are proud to provide opportunities for young people in Taylor County to dream big, work hard, and shine beyond our hometown.
Competitive Girl's Gymnastics
Our Competitive Girls Gymnastics Program is designed for students who are ready to take their training to the next level. Gymnasts work on strength, flexibility, technique, discipline, and confidence while training on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Through consistent practice, goal setting, and coach-led instruction, athletes learn the value of hard work, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Our competitive gymnasts have the opportunity to travel, compete, and proudly represent TGCD&T and Taylor County at meets throughout the season. This program is a great fit for students who love gymnastics, are committed to growing their skills, and are ready to be part of a supportive team environment.
Competitive Trampoline & Tumbling
Our Competitive Trampoline & Tumbling Program is designed for athletes who are ready to grow their skills in tumbling, trampoline, and double mini. This exciting competitive program builds strength, power, air awareness, flexibility, discipline, and confidence while helping students develop proper technique and safe progression.
Athletes train in a supportive team environment where they learn the importance of hard work, focus, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Our Trampoline & Tumbling team has the opportunity to travel to competitions, represent TGCD&T and Taylor County, and showcase their talent at the local, state, regional, and national level. This program is a great fit for students who love tumbling, flipping, jumping, and challenging themselves to reach new goals.
Competitive Theatre
Our Competitive Theatre Program gives students the opportunity to grow as performers, storytellers, and confident young leaders. Students develop skills in acting, stage presence, character development, teamwork, public speaking, and performance technique while preparing for district, state, regional, and national competitions.
Through competitive theatre, students learn the value of commitment, creativity, discipline, and working together as an ensemble. Our theatre students have the opportunity to travel, perform, compete, and proudly represent TGCD&T and Taylor County with excellence. This program is a wonderful fit for students who love performing, want to build confidence, and are ready to challenge themselves on stage.
